Avemovilis is a new Real Estate agency led by two young French people who want to revolutionize the real estate market in Colombia and Latin America. This two young guys looked for my studio in order to have a nice and different branding for its business. They had the name already and they needed a strategy and visuals. My communication approach for this new brand was based on the idea that when people buy their house or apartment, they bring out the “investor” side of their personality. That is why I proposed the slogan “Vive Rico” (life wealthy/nice) that mixes two important concepts for those who want to acquire real estate: the fact of having a home (a place with light where they will live memorable and happy moments next to those they love the most) and that of having an investment (money that is going to be multiplied and multiplied) at the same time. The visual work, the logo and the graphic identity were a mixture of elements that during different times (from the middle age to the VXIII century) have been used in real estate documents like firms, ink pen ornaments, keys, gothic and type writer letters and eagles. The palette color was chosen by the colors of the French flag and It was an easy decision because both of the founders are from this country. To get to the end of each one of them we worked on several versions, especially on the eagle because we wanted it to be really different from the millions of eagles found in google.
For the cards we choose a heavy off white 100% cotton paper and we printed it in two colors. Also for the front of the card where the icon goes we made a hand made screenprint UV for the ornament in order to increase the experience of the card and communicate the detail service that the brand is going to give.
The end result of this project has been very satisfactory and both my clients and the brand’s audience have made very good comments. The visual language is very different from its competitors who have a very commercial and impersonal communication. Our visuals are elegant and classic but at the same time express a youth vibe in it.
