Al Awtad is a capital company operating under Mansour Holding Group, specializing in land ownership, strategic investments, and long-term asset growth. Built on principles of stability, transparency, and sustainable value creation, Al Awtad plays a key role within the group’s investment ecosystem. The company focuses on acquiring, managing, and developing high-potential land assets that support large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects, contributing to the long-term strength and diversification of the group’s portfolio. Through a disciplined investment strategy and a forward-looking vision, Al Awtad positions itself as a trusted partner for developers, investors, and stakeholders.

For this project, we developed a complete visual and verbal brand identity designed to reflect Al Awtad’s position as a strong, established, and future-driven investment company. The identity was crafted to clearly express the brand’s core values of trust, solidity, credibility, prestige, and long-term growth. Every element of the system—from logo design and typography to color palette, layout, and tone of voice—was developed to ensure consistency, clarity, and professionalism. The resulting identity maintains a modern corporate presence while remaining aligned with Mansour Holding’s premium standards, reinforcing Al Awtad’s reputation as a reliable and high-caliber investment entity.

The outcome is a timeless and scalable identity system that positions Al Awtad as a reliable investment authority, built to endure market changes, expand its influence, and lead with confidence in the land and investment sector. The brand framework supports long-term growth while preserving a strong and recognizable visual signature across all touchpoints.

The AL AWTAD logo is built around simple, strong symbols that reflect stability, ownership, and financial strength. The vertical forms represent land plots and buildings, expressing Al Awtad’s role as a strategic land bank for real estate developers. The structure is derived from the letter “A,” directly linking the mark to the brand name, while the upward direction symbolizes growth, funding, ambition, and long-term value creation. Overall, the logo communicates solidity, reliability, and confidence in capital investment through a clean, modern, and well-balanced form.
