A Dynamic Visual Language for Cinecittà Si Mostra to Tell the Essence of the Italian Cinematic World

The long-standing collaboration between Cappelli Identity Design and Cinecittà, a public company under the Ministry of Culture and a key player in the film industry, continues with the renewal of the digital strategy and social identity for the Cinecittà si Mostra project.

To achieve this, Cappelli Identity Design developed a cohesive system across 12 thematic columns, each representing different aspects of the cinematic experience. This strategy was designed to resonate with diverse audiences, making the content both accessible and engaging. The design team employed a vibrant color palette, incorporating Cinecittà’s signature red alongside unexpected shades like purple. These colors were carefully chosen to evoke the dynamic energy of cinema, while complementary colors such as blue, orange, and green added depth and contrast.

The dynamic formats introduced by Cappelli Identity Design were meticulously aligned with current digital trends. These formats were crafted to renew Cinecittà si Mostra’s social media presence, transforming it into a platform that not only showcases the rich history and artistry of Italian cinema but also actively involves the audience in the storytelling process.
