Brand identity and brand strategy for Pestell & Co, a leading estate and letting agents covering the Hertfordshire and Essex borders. Drawing on the companies heritage, we were tasked with re-branding the company for ‘today’s world’. The new logo captures the essence of the business’s culture while establishing a functional and effective logomark – ‘P&CO’ that promotes unity and connection with the brand, and it’s clientele. The typeface has been customised to harmonise the wordmark and the logomark, while the colour pallet was reviewed and the blue hue darkened to stabilise the brand and give the company more depth and meaningfulness. The Panda Creative team worked very closely with the company Directors, Ray Bullet & Mark Hoddle throughout the project to ensure we really understood the companies core values and their longterm plan. In order to achieve the brand strategy we have established with Pestell & Co, it was vital to build a well connected relationship. Pestell & Co have been established since 1991 and felt the time had come to partner with a design agency for the foreseeable future to stabilise their brand for the next 28 years and create a strategy that puts traction to their vision and targets the era of the ‘millennial’.
