Liquid gold from BornholmBesssermachen was asked to redbrand Lehnsgaard rapeseed oil and develop a new packaging concept that reflected, even honoured, the prime culinary oil from Bornholm. It was important to communicate the values linked to pure raw materials from a truly unique location and traditional craftsmanship – and off course, entice customers.Lehnsgaard cold pressed rapeseed oil is bottled liquid gold from Bornholm, and 100% so, having been both grown and extracted there. The old oil mill in Aakirkeby, Southern Bornholm, has carefully bottled the unique oil there since 2003, and it is distributed to delighted foodies throughout Denmark.Handcrafted illustrations by Niels Ditlev.
