David Byerleee Design – Sew & Sew Wines
A youthful and punchy representation for Sew & Sew Wines’ new Sashiko Series. This series of South Australian wines, is positioned at an accessible price bracket, ready to be enjoyed here and now. The label designs feature different decorative stitch-work on each of the labels. Each stitch is enhanced by a raised matt varnish to emulate real stitching. The designs were inspired from traditional Japanese pattern-work called ‘Sashiko’; a form of decorative reinforcement stitching for clothing and textiles.
