Gordon Auld – Sweet Caroline
Creation of memorial beer design for Wellington Brewery’s brew master. Sweet Caroline Sour Beer with Sweet Cherries.
This special kettle sour was brewed as a tribute to brewmaster Marvin Dyck’s daughter. With a pink hue from the addition of sweet cherries, this sour balances cherry flavours with tart notes of lemon on the finish.
