Casanova — From Selling Products to Guiding Decisions
Casanova was built on a clear insight: people don’t struggle to buy appliances — they struggle to choose them. In a market saturated with options, specifications, and promotions, users often find themselves comparing endlessly without reaching a confident decision. The issue was not access to products, but the lack of clarity in the decision-making process.
Based on this, the project was positioned beyond the traditional e-commerce model. Instead of focusing on displaying products, Casanova was designed as a decision-guidance system that helps users identify what truly fits their needs. The objective was to reduce confusion and replace it with structured, confident choices.
The experience was built around a simple but intentional flow. It starts by understanding the user through targeted questions related to lifestyle, constraints, and preferences. From there, the system narrows down the possibilities and delivers a clear recommendation, supported by a concise explanation. This approach shifts the user’s role from searching and comparing to understanding and deciding.
The visual identity was developed to support this logic. A clean and minimal logo ensures clarity and recognition, while the color palette balances confidence and approachability. The system avoids visual noise and focuses on guiding attention, reinforcing the idea that the brand simplifies rather than complicates.
Casanova does not aim to offer more choices, but better ones. The focus is on reducing hesitation, building trust, and creating a smoother path to decision-making.
