FABLE is a luxury tea brand that brings together 19th-century botanical heritage and a clean, modern design approach. Built around the idea of “Nature, Edited,” the project focuses on simplifying and refining traditional botanical elements to create a visual identity that feels relevant today.

At the center of the brand is the “Bird Aristocrat,” an illustrated character that acts as a symbol of quality and care. This figure represents the idea of a guardian, someone who selects and protects the finest ingredients. By introducing this character, the packaging gains a subtle narrative element, making it more engaging while still maintaining a premium feel.

The visual style is inspired by vintage botanical illustrations, but instead of being overly detailed or crowded, the elements are carefully arranged to feel balanced and open. This allows the design to feel both classic and modern at the same time. The use of space plays an important role in giving the packaging a calm and refined appearance.

Typography helps connect the old and the new. A high-contrast serif typeface references tradition, while the clean and structured layout keeps the overall look contemporary. The combination creates a clear hierarchy and makes the brand easy to read while still feeling elegant.
