Nymfes is a skincare brand inspired by nature and Greek mythology. The name comes from the nymphs—spirits of water, forests, and wind that, according to ancient myths, lived in rivers, mountains, and wild landscapes. These mythological figures were closely connected to nature and symbolized beauty, purity, and harmony with the earth. This idea became the starting point for the brand. The concept grows from the environments where nymphs were believed to wander, creating a symbolic connection between mythology, nature, and the ingredients used in the products.

The design approach follows this narrative and translates it into a visual identity that feels organic, poetic, and culturally rooted. The goal was to create a brand that feels close to nature while still maintaining a contemporary and minimal aesthetic. Earthy colors, soft natural tones, and organic forms shape the overall visual language. Greens, warm neutrals, and subtle natural hues reflect landscapes, plants, and natural elements, reinforcing the brand’s connection to the earth.

At the same time, the identity remains modern and restrained. The visual system is intentionally minimal, allowing every element to carry meaning without feeling excessive. This balance between simplicity and storytelling helps the brand communicate calmness, authenticity, and a sense of natural ritual.

The custom wordmark plays an important role in expressing the concept. Its flowing letterforms are designed to feel fluid and soft, echoing the movement of water, wind, and organic growth in nature. Despite its expressive curves, the typography remains clear and balanced, creating a recognizable and contemporary mark.

At the center of the identity is the main illustration a symbolic nymph surrounded by floral elements inspired by traditional folk engraving. This handcrafted motif connects the brand to cultural references and heritage, while also reinforcing the themes of femininity, nature, and mythology. The illustration acts as a visual anchor for the brand and invites the viewer into its universe.

Together, the typography, illustration, and earthy palette create a brand world that feels natural, poetic, and timeless—where mythology, culture, and nature come together in a modern and meaningful way.
