Packaging and Logo for Biodegradable Products

TASK

Today, more and more people in our society care about protecting the environment. A growing sense of responsibility toward nature encourages many consumers to switch to environmentally friendly products. As a result, the demand for goods that can be safely disposed of without harming the environment is increasing.

To meet the needs of this category of consumers, the Big City Life brand decided to launch a separate Bio line of home cleaning products. These products are made from biodegradable materials, making them safe for the environment.

Our task was to develop a unique logo and packaging design for the Bio product line.

SOLUTION

To highlight the distinction of the new product line, we created a custom Bio logo where the letter “O” resembles the recycling symbol. This visual cue immediately helps customers understand that the products in this line are biodegradable.

To emphasize the eco-friendly nature of the products, we chose Kraft paper as the unified background for the packaging. This material is environmentally safe and naturally biodegradable.

We developed a flexible packaging structure that allows key elements—such as the product name, photo area, product description, logos, and badges—to be easily adapted across different packaging formats.

To simplify navigation for consumers and help them quickly differentiate between various SKUs, we use bright color accents. These colors stand out clearly against the kraft background and make it easier to identify the desired product.

Thanks to this approach, consumers can choose products that take environmental impact into account while still offering an attractive and modern appearance.
