Moveforth Humanises Enterprise Tech for Humans of ERP

Moveforth Humanises Enterprise Tech for Humans of ERP

Brand Overview: Stories Behind the CV

Humans of ERP is Australia’s dedicated storytelling and community platform for ERP professionals—celebrating the people, legacy, and culture behind enterprise systems. Powered by Maintain, the initiative champions mentorship, preserves industry knowledge, and builds connections between seasoned experts and rising talent. With authenticity at its core, Humans of ERP is creating a trusted space that inspires growth, leadership, and collaboration.

Challenge and Approach: Designing a Brand to Humanise Enterprise Tech

ERP is traditionally seen as systems, processes, and platforms, rarely the people who power them. Humans of ERP set out to change that by creating a platform that puts personal stories first while still signalling industry authority. The challenge was to craft a visual identity that balances warmth and credibility, resonates with professionals across generations, and adapts seamlessly to digital and social storytelling.

We developed a human-centred visual identity and social media toolkit that embodies the brand’s values, legacy, mentorship, and community while making every story instantly recognisable and deeply relatable.

A Brand Built for Connection and Legacy

The goal of the Humans of ERP visual identity was to create an instantly recognisable, people-first brand that could inspire trust, foster community, and sustain long-term relevance in the ERP sector. Every element was designed to serve that mission: the custom “H” symbolises the meeting of generations, the warm yet professional palette reflects stability and optimism, and portrait-driven imagery keeps people at the centre. The result is a visual system that not only unites all brand touchpoints but also strengthens the platform’s ability to attract stories, build relationships, and celebrate the legacy of ERP professionals.

Building a Consistent and Engaging Online Presence

An optimised LinkedIn cover for the Humans of ERP corporate page creates a strong first impression, while branded feature posts make content instantly recognisable and easy to produce. Each post highlights the people and stories at the heart of the ERP community, reinforcing the brand’s authentic, people-first positioning and encouraging ongoing engagement

Impact

Delivered in 7 days as part of a Brand Express engagement, Humans of ERP launched across social media with immediate traction. The first presentation was approved with no revisions, allowing for a seamless rollout. Across its first wave of featured posts, the brand generated 500+ reactions, 100+ comments, and multiple shares from ERP professionals nationwide. This strong early engagement signalled the platform’s relevance and resonance, building momentum for ongoing storytelling and community connection.
