The Glocal rebrand project encompassed a full redesign of identity, editorial strategy, and magazine design. We created a clear, bold identity inspired by the client’s signature style, symbolized by eyeglasses representing clarity. We began by identifying client needs and constraints, building a flexible grid system and cohesive typographic palette. Editorially, we reinvented layouts, sections, and structure, balancing consistency with creative freedom. A unique spine sticker ensured shelf visibility, enhancing logo recognition. This was not merely design—it was narrative. We explored experimental sprints, expanding Glocal’s reach from print to experience. The outcome was a publication resonating aesthetically, strategically, and emotionally. Glocal became a benchmark for editorial excellence, positioning itself as a thoughtful leader in design. This rebrand ensured Glocal’s impact both on the page and on the shelf, cementing it as a meaningful, innovative force in the design landscape.
The sustainable vision for the project encompassed a commitment to using recyclable papers and nature-friendly inks, ensuring each printed piece resonates with environmental responsibility. In terms of strategic alliances, we explored digital collaborations, including partnerships with platforms like Spotify. The cover evolved into a flexible space, offering full spread options for advertisers, with varied treatments to suit different needs. This extended brand approach embraced 360-degree experiences, spanning video, podcasts, and social media, ensuring the message and identity resonate across every channel.
