DDD Food is a concept restaurant that uses advanced 3D-printing technologies to create low-calorie food. All dishes are produced on a 3D printer with precise consideration of calories, proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, making the project clear and convenient for people who care about their body shape and aim to maintain a regular, mindful diet. The restaurant offers a new perspective on familiar food, combining technology, design, and a focus on health.

The menu features dishes that are well known and widely loved, but presented as low-calorie alternatives. Pizza, burgers, rolls, and other items typically labeled as “unhealthy” retain their familiar taste and visual appeal, while offering a more balanced composition and reduced calorie content. This allows guests to enjoy their favorite foods without guilt or strict restrictions. It is also important to note that the dishes are suitable not only for adults, but for children as well.

Everything in the restaurant is designed to be as clear and easy to understand as possible. Each dish has carefully calculated nutritional values, with potential deviations kept to a minimum. Every menu item is accompanied by a detailed table outlining calories, proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, enabling guests to clearly understand the dish’s composition and nutritional value. All dishes are made using natural ingredients and contain no harmful chemicals or GMOs.
