The project brings together a set of premium identity elements for the interior design studio NUOVO. The company develops exclusive private homes and commercial spaces. This activity combines the intellectual work of architects, competent management of the construction process, and high-quality customer service. Customers invest significant resources in their homes and want to receive not only a high-quality result, but also an emotional experience. Together with the NUOVO team, we set out to find the answer to this inspiring challenge.
We started developing the identity from scratch. The studio is located on the coast, so we came up with a name that refers to the meeting of two seas. The logo features an elegant grotesque font with an Italian accent. The corporate graphics feature garden roses and drawings. It’s as if the two poles of interior design—aesthetics and strict calculations—have come together. Garden roses are a symbol of the south, beauty and celebration.
The task we set ourselves
All visualisations and drawings can simply be sent to the client by email by modern interior design studios. But in this case, the client only receives a fraction of the possible emotions. However, a premium product deserves premium polishing. It cannot be bought in a shop – it can only be created!
We strive to make the presentation process a celebration. To achieve this, the project design album is printed on matte paper and bound in a custom cover. You can hold this weighty book in your hands and enjoy a completely new and delightful experience.
We wrap the book with hot foil stamping in branded tissue paper with a sketch-style illustration. This layer transforms the album into a gift. We anticipate the celebration as we remove the sticker and unfold the paper.
For convenient transport, the set includes a large designer paper bag with a branded illustration on the sides and black foil embossing.
This minimalist designer set is produced in a limited edition. All elements are handmade by craftsmen, one print after another. For NUOVO customers, this approach is completely familiar and natural – they always choose the best.
Even more personalisation
NUOVO customers fall into two categories. Businesspeople and private customers, often young women or couples. Therefore, when developing the printing design, we chose two illustration themes: drawings and garden roses. Now you can set the mood with the title page or packaging. But very soon, we will implement the concept of a cover with foil-printed roses.
We pay special attention to holiday identity. For example, we designed branded greeting cards for New Year’s and Christmas. This kind of gift not only lets us congratulate our clients on important events, but also builds positive emotional connections with the brand. Communication becomes deeper and more personalized. Customers feel cared for, get a sense of being part of an exclusive community, and form associations that connect them to the company’s values. Customers get aesthetic pleasure and see a reminder of Nuovo, which boosts their confidence in their choice.
Emotions for the NUOVO team
Identity is not only created for customers. Designers are also great connoisseurs of original items. Every day, branded stationery brings joy to the architects themselves. From business cards and contract folders to tape measures and thermos mugs for coffee.
With this project, we want to show the value of original design and its power to generate positive emotions. We also promote the value of personal contact and live communication between the designer and the client.
