Kind Shapes Badaboom Through Sensory Design, Soft Typography, and Responsible Materials

Badaboom — A Magically Soft, Sustainably Silky Bamboo Brand
Badaboom is a textile company bringing something soft to the market. It designs garments made from sustainably sourced bamboo, a material with natural properties that give its products a softness, purity and functionality far beyond the ordinary.

Bamboo: Nature’s Softest Innovation
Bamboo fibres are as smooth as silk, while naturally suppressing odours and resisting bacterial growth. They are hypoallergenic, breathable, and exceptionally gentle on sensitive skin. As a raw material, bamboo grows quickly without the need for fertilisers or pesticides. The type of bamboo used for textiles — Moso bamboo, not the species eaten by pandas — is sustainably cultivated, 100% biodegradable, and one of nature’s most effective CO₂ absorbers. It protects soil from erosion and continually restores the land it grows on.

Magically Soft
The sensation of bamboo is extraordinary: thick, soft, silk-like, and instantly comforting against the skin. Once worn, it is difficult to return to anything else. Its naturally smooth sheen gives the garments a luxurious, elegant appearance.

Badaboom maintains extremely high standards. It took two years of testing and refining before the company found a manufacturer capable of meeting its expectations — not only in terms of material quality, but also ethical trade, sustainable production, and health and safety requirements.

A Playful, Colourful, Comfort-Driven Brand
The branding of Badaboom mirrors the people behind it: colourful, joyful, curious and warm. Together with the company, we developed the clothing line and a vibrant colour palette that flows seamlessly from the garments into the brand identity — reflected in coloured papers for printed materials and in bamboo fabrics dyed in soft tonal harmonies.

Visual World: A Universe of Colour, Comfort and Carefree Exploration
Badaboom invites us into a world of playfulness and wonder — a world tinted in the brand’s own colours, tone-on-tone, soft-edged and serene. The imagery portrays a life without friction or worry, much like slipping into these silk-soft textiles. It is a visual universe that feels both tactile and tender, echoing the comfort the garments provide.

Identity: Soft Shapes, Sustainable Storytelling
Badaboom’s identity is built around a circular, rounded typography that feels soft, open, and welcoming — a typographic expression of comfort. A pattern inspired by growing bamboo reinforces the product’s materiality while subtly communicating renewal, sustainability, and upward movement.

The emphasis on sustainably sourced bamboo is essential. Every visual element reinforces the origin story: a plant that regenerates rapidly, restores ecosystems, and provides a fibre that is both luxurious and ethically responsible.

Packaging: Touch, Transparency & Thoughtfulness
The packaging is designed as reusable storage pouches, creating a functional and practical solution in more ways than one. The pouch doubles as a carry bag, gives a preview of the garment’s colour, and — most importantly — allows customers to touch the material before they wear it, turning the unboxing moment into a sensory introduction.

For gifting boxes, we created a bamboo tube made from genuine sustainably cultivated bamboo — a beautiful, tactile container that connects the product directly to its natural origin. It feels crafted, intentional, and meaningful, transforming a gift into a true experience.

Every packaging choice is rooted in the same philosophy:
Materials that matter, textures that tell stories, and solutions that can be reused, cherished, and kept.

Softness With Substance
Badaboom is more than a textile brand. It is a celebration of softness, sustainability, and sensory pleasure — a brand where material innovation meets playful creativity. The identity, imagery and packaging all work together to express one simple truth:

When something feels this good, it deserves to look and live beautifully, too.
