On Srl Designs 365 An Epic Year 2026 as a Transformational Packaging Experience

365 – An Epic Year | 2026

365 is an annual (journey) course with limited enrollment, created by EfficaceMente — Italy’s leading personal growth blog — designed to guide participants through a genuine path of transformation. For its tenth edition, we completely redesigned the experience of the kit, creating a system that blends rituality, functionality and interaction, with a focus on the theme of personal travel and visible progress.

Our intervention included:

Concept and Packaging Design: design of the outer wrapping and the annual Journal, with special attention to the initial opening gesture, symbolizing entry into the journey.

Premium materials: selection of Fedrigoni papers and special finishes to enhance the ritual and collectible nature of the kit.

Visual and tactile interaction: a system of stamps, stickers, tear-off layers and graphic progressions that guide the user along the stages of the year.

Personalization and content: design of the Journal divided into four quarters, and creation of the Epic Passport — a serialised, identity-based object meant to accompany the user for years to come.

Concept and Packaging Design

The project revolves around the idea of travel as a metaphor for personal transformation. The experience begins with a simple yet symbolic gesture: tearing open the wrapping that protects the quarterly agenda.
The first cover, made of Fedrigoni Pergamenata White 160g, is intentionally semi-transparent: it recalls the concept of the Veil of Maya, the veil that clouds perception and prevents clarity. By tearing it away, the user “brings light in”, removes the mental fog and gains a clearer vision of their goals.

A second tear-off cover, in Fedrigoni Sirio Color Orange 140g, follows — a layer of energy, passion and forward momentum. An opening that becomes a ritual.

The Journal is divided into four quarters, each focused on a different aspect of personal growth. Every day features two moments — morning and evening — dedicated to gratitude and awareness of micro-progress.

Alongside the Journal, the kit introduces the Epic Passport, designed as a personal travel document. Just like the Journal, the passport is wrapped in Fedrigoni Imitlin Blue Night E/R05 Tela 120g, enhanced by a hot-foil stamp (1+0) with Kurz Luxor 404, giving it an institutional, precious feel.
Each passport includes a unique serial number and sections for personal data, stamps, stickers and achieved mantras — designed to last for years, not just for the current edition.

Premium Materials and Finishes

The tenth edition was designed with particular attention to materiality and premium quality.
The following materials and finishes were used:

Fedrigoni Imitlin Blue Night E/R05 Tela 120g
Primary wrap for the Journal and Passport — selected for strength, elegance and a distinctive tactile feel.

Hot-foil stamping with Kurz Luxor 404
Applied to the Journal, Passport and key details to create luminous contrast and highlight the symbolic elements of the journey.

Stickers with hot-foil stamping
A single sheet with custom die-cut shapes, designed to elevate each achieved milestone.

First tear-off cover: Fedrigoni Pergamenata White 160g
A raw, authentic opening, symbolizing a new beginning.

Second tear-off cover: Fedrigoni Sirio Color Orange 140g
A vibrant layer designed to be an integral part of the opening ritual.

Postcard in Sirio Color Denim Orange 290g
Enhanced by violet hot-foil stamping (Luxor VIOLA 341), conceived as a commemorative and collectible element.

These choices elevate the kit into a premium object — used daily, yet built to endure over time.

Visual and Tactile Interaction

The entire kit is designed to make personal growth a physical and visual experience.

Meetup stamps: each live event of the year becomes a stamp to be added to the Passport, like milestones of a real journey.

Progress stickers: hot-foil stamped and die-cut, following the logic of visual “rewards” to make progress immediately tangible.

Quarterly graphic progressions: each part of the Journal features a specific motivational theme supported by graphic elements that guide the user through the year’s rhythm.

Opening ritual: the two tear-off covers create a double layer of discovery, marking the beginning of each quarter as a new chapter.

This design seamlessly integrates gesture, material and narrative into a unified experience.

365 is not just a Journal — it is a daily ritual of growth.

The Journal guides the journey.
The Passport celebrates the milestones.
Together, they build an epic year, one step at a time.
