The Baumgartner 0% Pilsen was conceived as a celebration of balance — between tradition and innovation, sobriety and pleasure, simplicity and refinement. Born in Brazil, the project carries the essence of a new generation of national craft breweries that merge European brewing heritage with contemporary Latin design sensibility. The challenge was to create a visual identity that expressed the authenticity of a classic beer while embracing the modern values of the non-alcoholic category. Rather than following the predictable codes of “light” or “fit” beverages, Baumgartner 0% affirms a premium and confident aesthetic — proving that sophistication can exist without alcohol.

The logo is the core of the composition, designed in a custom display typeface that evokes craftsmanship and precision. Its verticality and geometric rigor recall traditional beer labels, yet the subtle distortions in its form add uniqueness and modern character. The typographic hierarchy positions the “0%” as the conceptual and visual center, symbolizing purity, balance, and control. This minimal, well-calibrated structure gives the brand a powerful and instantly recognizable identity.

The color palette combines metallic silver, deep green, and warm bronze — a triad that symbolizes modern purity, natural freshness, and artisanal warmth. The metallic base reflects light with clarity, enhancing the clean geometry of the label, while the green band grounds the design and the bronze accents evoke the malts and the human touch of the brewing process.

Clean lines, balanced spacing, and vertical symmetry establish a calm yet authoritative rhythm across the can. Every proportion was designed to transmit precision, credibility, and purpose. The large initial “B” reinforces the brand’s monumentality, acting almost as a heraldic symbol that signs the packaging with pride.

Baumgartner 0% represents a new chapter in Brazilian brewing — one that values quality, awareness, and contemporary design. It is more than a label; it is a statement of culture, responsibility, and refinement.
