As the Shift brand embarks on an exciting new phase of growth, Jonathan recognised the critical need to refine its packaging to better align with its premium market positioning. In light of this, he turned to Noramble for expertise in repositioning the refill packaging to elevate its aesthetic and communicate its values more effectively.
The collaborative process began with an in-depth exploration of the brand’s identity and core values. Understanding that a strong visual representation is vital in the premium market, we aimed to create packaging that not only catches the eye but also conveys sophistication. This led to the development of an entirely new visual design that can confidently stand on its own, distinguishing it from competitors and highlighting the brand’s commitment to quality.
Our design team leveraged the principles of colour blocking to create a streamlined, modern appearance. By carefully selecting a palette that resonates with target consumers and reinforces the high-end positioning, we established a striking contrast that draws attention while maintaining elegance.
In addition to the refreshed front packaging, we undertook a comprehensive redesign of the back of the pack. This not only involved aesthetics but also a functional enhancement: we incorporated a new QR code that links directly to the brand’s sustainability mission. This allows consumers to engage more deeply with the values Shift stands for, providing transparent information about sustainability initiatives and encouraging more informed purchase decisions.
Through this thoughtful redesign process, we’ve crafted packaging that is not just visually appealing but also meaningful, ensuring that every aspect reflects the premium quality that Shift embodies. As a result, the new packaging not only enhances the product’s shelf appeal but also strengthens the bond with customers who are increasingly looking for brands that align with their values.
