Moonmelon is a children’s clothing brand founded by a young couple who couldn’t find truly beautiful, high-quality clothes for their children on the market. The name was inspired by the idea of a magical fruit, a nod to children’s imagination and the innocence of play, complemented by characters that convey warmth, tenderness, and fun.

The biggest challenge of this project was creative freedom: there were no defined clothing collections or established style to respond to. This allowed us to explore open territory where every visual decision had to shape the brand identity from scratch. Our work focused on designing the logo and developing characters that would lay the foundation for a cheerful and memorable visual identity, intended to connect with both children and parents.

A key part of this process was translating abstract concepts from childhood into tangible design elements. The bear characters became symbolic anchors for the brand, embodying kindness and trust, while the logo served as a simple yet versatile mark that could be adapted for future applications. This balance between imagination and practicality gave Moonmelon a distinctive presence, even in its early stages.

With Moonmelon, we sought to capture the spirit of childhood: creative, playful, and always full of possibilities. Although the project was in its early stages, the identity we designed clearly and consistently reflects that vision, laying the foundation for a children’s clothing.
