Orchard Heights is a hidden gem within Sycamore, where timeless elegance meets lush nature and modern living. Designed for the younger generation and free-spirited souls, it inspires a spirit of adventure and transforms each day into a journey of discovery. More than just a residence, it embodies a purposeful lifestyle that celebrates exploration, connection, and growth. Crafted by CapitaLand, Orchard Heights unveils a new symbol of refined living, offering a serene yet sophisticated sanctuary for a true sense of community.

At its heart lies the brand concept “Lifelong Adventure,” positioning Orchard Heights as not just a place to live but a retreat into nature where every day feels like an adventure to new heights. This concept reflects freedom, excitement, and balance—blending the vibrant energy of exploration with the calming serenity of nature—while aligning with millennial values of sustainability, mindfulness, and purposeful living.

The Orchard Heights logo captures this essence as more than a visual mark, embodying the entire brand story and the unique lifestyle crafted within the project. Inspired by nine foundational design values, it unites themes of place, community, harmony, and discovery, with the vaulted arch symbolizing shelter and connection, evoking protection, unity, and closeness to both nature and people. Its design harmoniously blends modernity with stability, nature with adventure, creating an iconic emblem of the premium lifestyle Orchard Heights proudly represents.

Complementing this identity is the brand color palette, drawn from the richness of nature to deliver a modern, cozy, yet luxurious aesthetic. Terracotta Red and Ivory Sand dominate as primary colors, covering 70% of the brand’s visual world with warmth and elegance, while Chakla White and Deep Umber serve as accents that highlight details and create balance. Together, the logo and colors express a brand that is adventurous yet grounded, vibrant yet serene, reflecting a lifestyle where every day is a meaningful adventure.
