TIIB: Bold New Identity for a Future Focused Education Brand

The Institute of Innovation & Business (TIIB) is a premium business education provider based in Dubai Knowledge Park, UAE. With programs ranging from entrepreneurship and business management to cyber security, artificial intelligence, fashion design, and robotics, TIIB equips young professionals with the tools to launch real-world careers.
Our task was to create a brand identity that captures TIIB’s vision of “Moving forward, pushing boundaries” — a bold, expressive and globally appealing identity that inspires ambition and confidence among Gen-Z students and resonates with stakeholders worldwide.
At the heart of the identity is the logo:
A shield, symbolising Authority, credibility, and a strong foundation.
An upward arrow that breaks through the shield, representing growth, ambition, and the courage to go further.
The combination expresses TIIB’s mission: bridging academic learning with real-world success, offering paid internships, a free startup accelerator, and the support of over 300 advisors and B-school alumni. The design aligns with the institution’s values of innovation, integrity, global mindset, practical learning, and collaboration.
The visual system expands this idea into a vibrant, dynamic style. Red and black dominate the palette — red for energy and ambition, black for sophistication and authority. Typography is bold and modern, while supporting graphics use sharp lines and motion-inspired accents to suggest speed, progress, and confidence.
The outcome is a brand identity that not only reflects TIIB’s authority as an education leader, but also speaks directly to the next generation of entrepreneurs: bold, expressive, and unafraid to break boundaries.
