Oddly is a beverage brand that dares to be different. From the very beginning, our goal was simple: to create drinks that surprise people, not only with their flavors but also with the stories they tell. Oddly was born from mixing fruits, botanicals, and ingredients that might look unusual side by side, yet together they create something unexpectedly harmonious. Each sip is meant to feel like a small adventure peculiar at first, but ultimately delightful.
When we started shaping the visual identity, we kept coming back to the meaning of the word oddly. It felt important to find a symbol that could carry the spirit of contrast and duality at the heart of the brand. That’s how we arrived at the centaur: half human, half horse, a mythical figure that shouldn’t make sense, yet has endured for centuries as something powerful and unique. Much like Oddly’s blends, it represents the beauty of fusion the idea that two different worlds can meet and create something entirely new.
This way of thinking guided the design process. We wanted the packaging to look as bold and imaginative as the flavors themselves. Bright, energetic colors reflect the spark of curiosity in every bottle. Confident typography gives the brand a clear and fearless voice. And playful illustrations weave through the system, adding a sense of humor and eccentricity. Together, these elements form a universe that is expressive, approachable, and proudly offbeat.
For us, Oddly is more than just a drink. It’s a reminder that difference can be celebrated, that imagination has a place in everyday life, and that even the simplest moments like opening a bottle can carry a story. Through this project, we wanted to show how design can elevate not only how a brand looks, but how it makes people feel. Oddly stands as an invitation to be curious, to embrace contrasts, and to enjoy the art of the unexpected.
