The inspiration for this design comes from the sails of a pirate ship. From the bottle shape to the uniquely shaped label, the overall form is based on a stylized sail, incorporating local elements to fully convey the character of both the rum and its origin, creating an emotional connection with customers.
Born in the sun-drenched islands of the Caribbean, this rum carries the spirit of the tropics in every drop. Crafted from the region’s finest sugarcane and aged slowly in oak barrels, it reveals a rich amber hue and a layered bouquet of warm spices, vanilla, toasted coconut, and dried tropical fruits.
This rum is a true reflection of the Caribbean’s heritage, born from fertile volcanic soils, balmy trade winds, and centuries of craft passed down through generations. Harvested under the tropical sun, the sugarcane is crushed within hours to preserve its natural freshness. The juice and molasses are slowly fermented with indigenous yeasts, producing a rich and aromatic wash that captures the wild character of the islands.
Distilled in a careful balance of copper pot stills and column stills, the spirit achieves both depth and refinement. It is then laid to rest in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, where the Caribbean climate accelerates maturation. Warm days and cool nights draw the rum deep into the wood, allowing it to absorb layers of vanilla, honeyed oak, and gentle smoke, while retaining the lively sweetness of cane.
Appearance: Deep amber with glints of gold, catching the light like sunset on calm island waters.
Nose: A complex bouquet unfolds — ripe plantain and baked pineapple mingle with dark molasses, toasted coconut, and vanilla pod. Beneath, subtle notes of cacao, allspice, and orange peel hint at the rum’s layered maturity.
Palate: Silky and full-bodied. Flavors of caramelized brown sugar, roasted nuts, and honeyed oak give way to spiced undertones — nutmeg, clove, and cinnamon — balanced by tropical fruit brightness. Hints of tobacco leaf and dark chocolate add a refined edge.
Finish: Long and warming, with lingering echoes of oak, dried fruit, and a whisper of sea breeze saltiness — a reminder of its island birthplace.
Perfect for savoring neat or with a single cube of ice, this rum also elevates classic cocktails like the Old Fashioned or Mai Tai, bringing a depth that speaks of its Caribbean soul.
