Melodi Café was born from the desire to create a nostalgic experience that blends Melodi Chocolate’s rich heritage with a fresh artisan café concept. Nestled in the heart of Istanbul, this charming chocolate café brings together the brand’s signature handcrafted chocolates and carefully sourced specialty coffee, offering guests a sensory journey in a warm, welcoming atmosphere — where the art of chocolate meets a sip of nostalgia.
The brand’s logotype was designed to harmonize perfectly with its vintage-inspired aesthetic, paying tribute to Melodi Chocolate’s long-standing legacy. To symbolize the unique bond between chocolate and coffee, we reimagined Melodi’s iconic cat figure by pairing it with a coffee cup, creating a visual identity that feels instantly familiar yet intriguingly new. This design element serves as a playful but elegant bridge between tradition and innovation, perfectly embodying the spirit of the café.
Every detail of the branding was crafted to evoke warmth, charm, and a touch of retro elegance. A soft pastel color palette and classic typography are paired with vibrant orange accents that bring energy to the visual identity. Gold foil details add a sense of luxury and refinement, while the packaging — adorned with intricate patterns and high-quality finishes — elevates each purchase into a special gift. From the first glance at the café’s façade to the final unwrapping of a chocolate box, Melodi Café is a celebration of artistry, taste, and timeless pleasure.
