Koko is one of the leading poultry producers in Armenia, specializing in high-quality eggs, fresh chicken meat, by-products, and a variety of semi-finished chicken products. All poultry is fully raised and processed locally at Koko’s own factory, ensuring complete control over every stage of the production process. This not only guarantees consistent quality but also strengthens the trust of consumers in the brand.
A distinctive feature of Koko’s production approach is its commitment to using 100% natural feed, free from artificial additives and growth stimulants. This ensures healthier poultry, better nutritional value, and a superior taste profile for all products. As a subsidiary of the X-group holding, Koko benefits from a strong operational foundation, sustainable business practices, and the capacity to invest in innovation and modernization.
Task
The main challenge was to update Koko’s packaging design, rebrand the logo, and refresh the overall visual identity while maintaining the brand’s premium positioning. The goal was to create a modern, competitive look that would stand out on store shelves and appeal to both loyal customers and new audiences. At the same time, it was essential to preserve the core brand values—quality, trust, and natural production—through a consistent stylistic approach across all packaging lines.
Solutions
We developed a completely new logo that reflects the brand’s premium status and commitment to natural production. The packaging was redesigned with a stronger visual hierarchy, improved typography, and updated product imagery to make the food area more appetizing and authentic. By refining the balance between visual appeal and informative clarity, we enhanced the packaging’s ability to quickly communicate Koko’s key advantages to shoppers.
Additionally, careful attention was given to shelf impact—colors, layouts, and contrasts were optimized to catch the consumer’s eye in a competitive retail environment. The updated design not only improved brand recognition but also reinforced Koko’s positioning as a reliable and high-quality poultry producer. As a result, the refreshed packaging successfully entered the market, strengthening the brand’s competitive edge and contributing to increased consumer engagement.
