Sakhsi Art Space is a ceramic art studio based in Baku, specializing in the production of handcrafted ceramic goods. The word “sakhsi” comes from Azerbaijani and translates to “pottery” in English. As a creative studio, we bring together the timeless essence of clay and the expressive world of art. Every piece we make reflects a balance between tradition and innovation, form and function. We carefully design and produce finely crafted ceramics that aim to delight your senses and elevate your everyday experience. And we always say, “Touch your life with our hands.”
About the letter ”K”
The Sakhsi logo integrates visual figures that represent the artistry of pottery. Among them, the most striking feature is the letter “K”, which has been specially modified and reimagined as a symbolic icon. This reinterpreted “K” embodies the open arms of a ceramic artist shaping a pot — a gesture that captures both creativity and care. Its bold, angular form reflects the studio’s core values: precision, strength, and responsibility. The icon not only holds aesthetic value but also becomes a meaningful symbol of what we do.
Through clay, we express emotion, culture, and contemporary design. Every curve, edge, and surface tells a story of hands shaping more than just material — shaping memories. Our mission is to preserve the soul of pottery while exploring new ideas and forms. At Sakhsi, every item is a unique combination of utility and visual poetry. We believe that handmade ceramics connect people, places, and emotions in a way that only art can.
