Velvet is a human-centered hiring platform created to bring clarity to how companies grow. In a market filled with HR tools that focus on speed and automation, Velvet takes a different path. It helps teams make better decisions by understanding people beyond their resumes. The platform uses behavioral insight to promote alignment between individuals and the teams they join, building stronger foundations for long-term success.

When Velvet came to us, the product had solid potential but the brand did not reflect it. The message was fragmented, the visual identity was generic, and the overall experience failed to communicate the empathy and strategic value the platform delivered. Our mission was to turn this into a brand that truly reflected its beliefs, stood out in a crowded space, and connected with companies that care deeply about who they bring into their teams.

We began by clarifying Velvet’s core narrative. Hiring is not about filtering candidates. It is about finding real compatibility between people and teams. With that belief at the center, we reshaped Velvet’s voice, messaging, and expression to build a brand that feels both professional and deeply human. The visual identity was reimagined using a refined serif logo, a palette that balances boldness and softness, and supporting graphic elements inspired by rhythm and cohesion. The result is a brand that communicates with clarity and presence, while still inviting connection and care.

Velvet now stands with confidence and purpose. Its identity supports a platform that helps thoughtful companies grow the right way, with intention, empathy, and lasting alignment.
