Asset finance doesn’t usually turn heads. But in hospitality—a high-pressure, fast-moving world where margins are tight and timing is everything—getting the right equipment at the right time can make all the difference. That’s where Spread comes in. A fresh new player in the finance space, Spread helps hospo teams fill the gaps—so small businesses can grow, upgrade, and keep the dream alive.

Onetoo partnered with Spread to craft a brand that was anything but boring. From naming through to identity, collateral and digital design, the goal was clear: create something radically different in an industry known for its dry language, corporate colour palettes, and endless copycat finance brands. Spread needed to feel fast, fun and flexible—speaking directly to baristas, brewers, chefs and café owners in a voice they’d actually want to listen to.

The brand system is built on movement and adaptability. A custom wordmark flexes and shifts to reflect the service itself—designed to stretch, push and shape around the unique needs of every client. Inspired by hospitality’s deep connection to flavour and experience, the colour palette takes cues from ingredients: tomato, coffee bean, vanilla, sea salt. It’s warm, unexpected, and instantly refreshing in a sea of sameness.

The visual language uses simplified silhouettes and familiar forms to communicate without clutter—just enough information for the brain to fill in the blanks. Supporting collateral, street posters and an engaging digital experience extend the identity, creating a scalable system that grows with the brand and connects with the people it was built to serve.
