The Origin is an experimental project that pushes the boundaries of bespoke holographic application and graphic design. Inspired by the celestial wonders of the universe, this project explores the unique essence of each planet through proprietary origination technology, transforming light, texture, and dimension into a surreal visual experience. By merging nature, graphics, and printing craftsmanship, The Origin redefines bespoke holography into an artistic medium, offering an immersive journey through the solar system.

The challenge of The Origin was to push the boundaries of holography beyond traditional decorative applications and showcase its potential as a powerful storytelling and branding tool. The objective was to inspire brands, designers, and the creative industry by demonstrating how advanced holographic origination can create immersive, meaningful design experiences. Rather than being used as a surface embellishment, holography needed to be redefined as an integral medium for visual communication and material innovation.

The concept of The Origin is universally inspired by the solar system, a reference shared across cultures. It features the Sun and its celestial bodies, including the eight planets and dwarf planets like Pluto. The rocky inner planets—Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars—contrast with the gas and ice giants—Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. Pluto, part of the Kuiper Belt, has an icy surface. This project translates the unique characteristics of planetary surfaces into bespoke holographic textures, pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.
