Dạ Thủy is the perfect destination for young night owls who love the vibrant energy of the night. We offer an ideal space to chat and enjoy steaming hot pot meals. With our restaurant open all night, there’s no need to worry about closing hours—just drop by anytime to indulge in the rich flavors of fresh seafood hot pot. Inspired by Hong Kong’s late-night eateries, Dạ Thủy blends warmth, familiarity, and a modern touch, creating a space that is both lively and relaxing for late-night gatherings.

Design Concept
Dạ Thủy recreates the nostalgic atmosphere of 1980s–1990s Hong Kong while incorporating a modern aesthetic. The restaurant’s design follows a vertically symmetrical layout, commonly seen in vintage calendars and old-school designs, reflecting the vibrant yet culturally rich essence of Hong Kong’s past. In terms of color, the space features green and red as the primary tones—both iconic hues of traditional Hong Kong restaurant décor.

Dạ Thủy is dedicated to providing an exceptional late-night dining experience with a diverse selection of hot pot dishes. Our ingredients are always fresh, from seafood and premium beef to crisp vegetables, all paired with rich, flavorful broths inspired by authentic Hong Kong recipes.
