Bond & Coyne Teams with Branson Charity Big Change to Champion Transformative Youth Initiatives

Creative agency Bond & Coyne has partnered with Big Change, a pioneering charity co-founded by Holly and Sam Branson and friends, to support start-ups and leaders driving innovative, long-term solutions to ensure all young people can thrive.
The charity’s updated positioning and brand refresh – designed to reflect its progressive, human-centred mission – debuts today (Wednesday, February 5th). Inspired by the catalytic effect of Big Change’s work, the new visual identity combines timelines and diverse voices to celebrate its commitment to empowering future leaders who dare to think differently.

Catalyst for lasting change
At the heart of the rebrand is ‘Together we spark lasting change’ – a proposition developed with the Big Change team. It celebrates collaboration, action and sustained impact. Visual elements, such as the dynamic ‘spark’ device and confident typography, reflect the charity’s fearless approach to tackling systemic issues. The refreshed identity positions Big Change and its community as a decisive force for progress.
Big Change was keen to capture the growing scope of its ambition. The rebrand clarifies its multifaceted mission, enabling the organisation to communicate its impact more effectively.
Complementing the refreshed brand is an intuitively designed website that builds a sense of community. It showcases impact stories and timelines, illustrating the journey from the initial ‘spark’ of an idea to meaningful, lasting change.
