Context
Atilatte string cheese is an ideal choice for every lunch box and a convenient option for in-between meal snacks. Crafted with grade A milk, it offers the perfect blend of quality and health benefits expected from dairy products. The project required us to create a packaging design tailored specifically for children, capturing their attention while addressing two purchasing formats: an individual string cheese stick and an 8-stick bundle sold in stand-up pouch packages.

The challenge was to design a packaging solution that would resonate with children while also appealing to adults at the point of sale. To achieve this, we envisioned a playful and imaginative universe where “long” animals became the central characters—- which fitted perfectly into the string cheese long shape. This concept allowed us to create a strong visual connection between the product and its target audience in a fun and engaging way.

To further enhance the appeal, we developed vibrant and cheerful illustrations that brought the long animals to life. Each package became a small, colorful adventure, transforming snack time into a delightful experience for children. The bright color palette not only catches the eye but also adds a decorative touch to lunch boxes, making them more exciting and enjoyable for kids.

Our design process ensured the packaging wasn’t just visually appealing but also practical and functional. The individual stick packaging provides convenience for quick snacking, while the stand-up pouch for the 8-stick bundle is perfect for storage and sharing. This dual packaging strategy caters to different needs, whether it’s a single snack on the go or a family-friendly pack for multiple snack occasions.
