“Olimera is a new baked goods range created by Savoidakis bakery to be sold in grocery stores in Greece and abroad. We wanted the range, which includes rusks, breadsticks and cookies, to be perceived as part of everyday nutrition, hence the brand name Olimera (everyday). For the packaging, we had to come up with a solution that could easily be applied to an ever-expandable range, differentiating between categories and individual products, yet achieving shelf standout. The handwritten typography becomes a strong element of the brand identity and serves at the same time as product descriptor and main visual on each pack. The bright colors add to the overall sense of happiness and everyday use.”
