Dunhinda, is the outdoorwear from Sri Lanka to the world. Dunhinda takes its inspiration from the mystic dunhinda falls and dunhinda hills of the central Sri Lanka. While paying respects to its roots, it elevates the experiences the isle has to offer to the international heights. With a powerful approach in branding identity design, Dunhinda carries a significant and memorable impression of aesthetics throughout the rugged, outgoing and bold products and services the brand has to offer.

The design language highlights the true soul of the brand through an array of visuals in energetic outdoor activities, while uplifting the brand’s bold, yet vibrant color palette in every scenario and encounter possible. The typeface is selected to be seamlessly paired with the bold aesthetic of the brand, while complementing the other geometric design elements.

With a high care on attention to detail, Dunhinda embodies its passionate adrenaline fueled identity throughout the design work. The colour palette is used to form variants of the products, which can appeal to each consumers individuality and personality.The design development of the brand identity focuses on delivering both digital and physical mediums of presence of the brand. It pays attention to the methods of engaging the audience to create user generated content around the brand as well. Dunhinda tries to create an identity around the passionate and energetic spirits of adventure focused, yet fashionable target demographic.

Dunhinda always tries to pay respect to the roots by including the physical location coordinates of the dunhinda falls as a subtle detail in design, along with other design elements. The design process is minimal by aesthetic, comprehensive by detailing and vibrant by the function.
