Ado is a traditional real estate agency in Campinas, a family-owned business since 1969. With clear values of quality and a total commitment to fulfilling dreams, Ado believes in transparency and a singular approach to every type and size of negotiation. The redesign of its visual identity, in addition to resolving apparent technical aspects, visually translates the company’s commitment to constant improvement and modernity.
One of the major challenges of this project was to combine the contrasting perceptions of tradition and modernity, with tradition being emphasized by the symbolism of the key in its logo. We strategically respected the form but went far beyond. Through a storytelling process built frame by frame, we told the story of transformation and the creation of new symbols from the same visual structure, now enabling more modern layouts and a more flexible and impactful application in the real estate market.
The visual creation process starts with the traditional shape of the old key and moves through the nickel key we have today, but stopping there would keep the brand in the past. Recognizing this, we advanced to connect it to the diversity of its products (residential, commercial, and industrial), where, in the crafting process, we identified similar shapes that recalled the key connected to the city. You can better visualize this entire graphic story through the art direction in the motion design, which guided the official signature of its videos, institutional materials, and property presentations.
