About TEDx Basra 2024:

Version assignment: Inspiring influencers, innovators and investors in the city of Basra, by presenting concepts from a new perspective that reshape the economic, Cultural and artistic landscape of the city. On the global stage, we will paint a vibrant picture of Basra, where opportunities and possibilities have no limits. About Logo Concept Version: The symbol was developed using a triangle or corner stone to reach the negative space in the middle,
which represents one of the goals of identity, which is the other perspective of the letter X.

Primary Colours of the project identity

The black Colour: Using black to create a modern, simplified feel, and provide a strong background for other colours. The black colour in the identity expresses purity in the designs. The Blue Colour: The use of the colour blue because of its association with trust, stability, and innovation, and its use in identity came to enhance its image as a creative, credible, and innovative identity. The Red Colour: The use of the color red to preserve the basic values ​​of the Ted institution. The institution’s use of red colours in its brand came because this colour is specifically associated with emotion and strength, and it has a great vision in the brand’s identity, and its use in a strategic way reflects a visual identity built on foundations that combine innovation and dynamism.

Typography: The Arabic font Readex Pro and the English font Neue Regrade were chosen based on flexibility of use. Which makes it in line with modern trends in graphic design, and the fonts also helped highlight the visual identity.

Patterns: Patterns with sharp lines and precise angles reflect structure and strength. Their use and design were also based on progress and development.

The Future Unbound is not just a theme, it is a call to action. It is an invitation to dream, to dare, to believe in the limitless possibilities that lie ahead. So, step forward, embrace the unknown, and together, let us paint a future where hope knows no bounds.
