Jazz Vejer is an intimate festival that avoids crowds, where quality matters more than quantity and experience is the key. An international event made with the heart where people can enjoy jazz music in a special atmosphere. It is an event for the senses, a place where good music is accompanied by excellent gastronomy, the smell of spring, the light of Cádiz, the green of the mountains, and the blue of the Atlantic.
The first edition was held in 2016 and from the first year, the team achieved notable public success and recognition at a professional level in the jazz sector.
For this edition, the team hoped to maintain the essence of showing the environment where the festival takes place and seeing the town of Vejer de la Frontera and Jazz music, but from a different perspective. As a result, the visual identity created was inspired by the architecture and landscape of this town and by symbolic elements and musical instruments of this genre, mixing tradition and modernity, seeking at the same time to break with the traditional image of this type of music festival, where the direct graphic image and dark and black colors are usually its main ingredient.
Starting from the main visual, and thanks to its flexibility and playfulness, Mario’s marketing materials were created to expand and maintain the event’s image, including posters, banners, social media posts, vinyl adhesive stickers applied to installations, and other collateral, for its different communication channels.
