Agência BUD was challenged to recreate the packaging of TIROL’s lactose-free line, adding value to the product through cleaner visual communication capable of highlighting the TIROL brand on supermarket shelves. We created a modern layout to expand the connection with a younger audience, choosing typography that highlights the segment and applying a curved line just below the brand. This element not only enhances the aesthetic aspect but also references the steep valleys of the Tyrol region in Austria, reinforcing the brand’s tradition.

When positioned on the shelf, this curved line creates continuity, making the brand stand out from competitors and expanding its presence at the point of sale (POS). In a highly competitive market, it was crucial to have a comprehensive understanding of all SKUs involved in the project to ensure the breadth of the line was not lost due to the multiplication of portfolio items.

Field research was essential for data collection. Once collected, we began the creative process for the packaging identity, exhaustively testing its applications. With the identity defined, our team proceeded to appropriate developments and applications, aligning with the client’s development team for technical and legal adjustments. This collaboration allowed the guidelines to take shape and the concept to evolve into its final products and formats.

This project represents another significant achievement for Agência BUD, with a well-defined evolution path that ensures the TIROL lactose-free line remains relevant and well-adjusted for an extended period before its next renewal.
