Kick the Rules – Lasil
Legend has it that a group of Mexican Indians had to shelter from a storm in a cave next to an agave plantation on the outskirts of Jalisco. A bolt of lightning set fire to one of the plants, releasing a liquid with an attractive and captivating aroma. Because of its pleasant taste, they collected it and decided to preserve it for a few days. The high temperatures caused it to ferment, and when they drank it, they noticed a strange effect on their minds and moods. The clear, water-like liquid had an unusually intoxicating power. Very, very intoxicating.
Kick the Rules is a YES. A yes to fun, to friendship, to partying. A yes to returning to the real and imaginary places of tequila, to the hills of Jalisco, to its iconic collection in the hands of local jimadores, to the land of the mariachi and the dead who never die. A drink that has conquered all the ends of the earth, so that the end of the world will catch you dancing… with a glass of Kick the Rules in your hand.
Tequila and the Baroque
Tequila can be defined in two simple words: Mexico and Fiesta. Baroque Mexico, a lover of ornamentation, of tenebrism and tension, of the monumental and the decorative. The Mexico of light and dark. The dynamic and profound Mexico. And the fiesta. The party that never ends. Not beyond life. Nor beyond the grave. And what if we made a label out of all this?
