Netquest is a market research company that aims to provide all industry players with pioneering tools for better decision-making. Their panel and data collection capabilities have established them as a reliable partner for research institutions and businesses. Netquest orchestrates data combinations to give its clients a 360º view of their consumer. The tagline for this unique approach to consumer data is: “A Symphony of Data”. The aim of the rebrand was to create a visual identity that would not only illustrate and channel this tagline, but that would also elevate the Netquest brand from unremarkable to remarkable. In a market overrun by a standard, characterless approach to presenting data as a service, the redesign leverages visual design as a competitive advantage.
Symphony vs Data
As concepts, symphony and data may seem opposed, one evoking thoughts of “classical”, the other “modern”. However, there are also significant crossovers: precision, orchestration, mathematics, rigor… The new visual identity aims to embrace both the contrast and crossover of these concepts, through the choice of imagery and typography.
Bringing data to life
Netquest provides its clients with an extensive range of data sets that need to be interpreted and understood. The range of colors makes data presentation and analysis easier and more joyful. The new identity aims to bring data to life through color, contrast and graphical interpretations that combine the base concepts of “symphony” and “data”.
