Concept: Eating freshly caught seafood is part of an ancient and rooted culture in Puglia, where fish is a revered dish.

Brand: Panini di Mare is the first Italian food franchise based on fast, healthy, and high-quality seafood dining. PdM is the result of Mario Ottaviano’s personal journey, a chef, and owner of Trabucco da Mimì, a charming place located in one of the most picturesque corners of Gargano (Puglia), nestled between the sea-view terraces and the futuristic fishing machine that is Trabucco.The brand is built around elements from the past in the marine world. They’re designed as vintaged as goes in pair throught the identity and logo. The colors are a blue marine palette, with contrast between off-white, dark blue and mid sky blue.

Vision: PdM envisions itself as a trailblazer in redefining the experience of Italian seafood dining. Our vision extends beyond the captivating landscapes of Gargano to bring the richness of Puglia’s seafood culture to a global audience. We aspire to be more than just a franchise; we aim to become an ambassador of the ancient tradition of savoring freshly caught seafood. Through our commitment to culinary excellence, we seek to transport our customers to the heart of Puglia’s coastal heritage, fostering an appreciation for the unique flavors and cultural significance of seafood.
