Tulum 101 Luxury Residential Community Branding

Tulum 101 is a luxury residential community located in Tulum, with a natural, relaxed lifestyle that invites people to be surrounded by the paradise of the Caribbean. It is a family place, adapted to a philosophy that is ruled by the purity/nature, the refined and modern of its spaces, as well as the connection with what you see and feel around you.
Based on a brand philosophy of purity and freedom as a lifestyle, we expanded the brand into a digital environment where its essence could be represented.

The information is distributed on a 12-column grid which allows the creation of natural and light layouts, projected through the use of lifestyle images that preserve their natural proportion; giving the user the feeling of fluidity and freedom in their navigation, showing visual breaks and the feeling of purity. At the same time, typographic compositions with a light contrast were generated, raising the perception of the brand towards elegance and simplicity
The website encapsulates the slow and pure lifestyle proposed by the Tulum 101 project; it offers a relaxed, simple, and enjoyable user experience, which allows the user to navigate and explore the project through a free flow.

An interface was designed to represent the elegant and ethereal concept of the brand, using micro-interactions and animations with subtle and smooth movements, which coexist with the loose editorial system.
