Beyondesign took a fresh approach to rebrand Alt Foods as Better Bet, focusing on the theme of ‘better’ in every aspect. The new approach aimed at highlighting plant-based options as easy alternatives for users to switch to. The brand was to be positioned to be not just an ‘Alternative’ but the go-to choice for everyone.
We put together a dynamic logo, a vibrant colour palette, bold fonts and playful illustrations to give the brand a lively personality, encouraging consumers to make the better choice.
The colour palette selected, reflects a plant-based focus with vibrant greens as the primary colours. Secondary colours like cool blues and warm shades complement the brand’s personality.
Fonts play a strong role in setting the brand’s tone. The main typeface selected balances curves and stiffness for a versatile look, while the secondary font offers contrast for different communication requirements. An accent typeface highlights specific words or text in the logo, ensuring consistency.
The brand style is all about fun and dynamism brought to life through the various elements. The negative space in the logo allows for defining the products or attributes creatively. The unique icons emphasize key product features in an interesting manner and attract attention.
The main aim was to ensure that Better Bet evolves from being an alternative to being the preferred choice. The revamped brand identity is all about confidence, trust and a commitment to a better future.
