The Liver Clinic Brand Creation and Visual Assets

Launched by the expert team behind the De-liver-ance supplement elixir. This innovative service is taking cutting edge fibro-scanning technology into the work place and beyond. Offering quick, convenient and non-invasive liver assessments to provide insight and advice on how to protect and maintain this vital organ.

The creative concept was inspired by the sound wave technology that powers the ultrasound scans. The brand marque + supporting visual identity system reference the form of the harmonic series. A type of sound wave pattern which captures musical scales. The form of this naturally resembles the shape of a liver.
This felt a fitting core marque as a reflection of the scan’s purpose – to ensure optimal health, balance + harmony within the body.

This clean yet dynamic system expresses both the process and the science. The generative, fluid qualities of the design are intended to convey the unique, regenerative properties of the liver.

The supporting language and tone of voice is deliberately informal and accessible to position the service as an approachable and everyday. Encouraging audiences to view liver health and liver scans as a routine and vital part of their wellness habits.

A key dimension of the language / verbal expression was the dual meaning of the abbreviation TLC. Utilising this as a shorthand for the business and the TLC in their approach and their mission to get everyone to ‘Love their liver’.

The green colour palette was selected to harmonise with the broader umbrella of businesses with the application for the Liver Clinic utilising a range of cooler, irridescent tones to capture the innovative
Tone and feel of this venture.

The project launches with core assets with key applications rolling out as the business is established.

These will include stationery, enamel badges and uniforms, kit bags, results folder, promotional T shirts & totes. Alongside temporary signage for pop up locations and wayfinding and signage for permanent sites in phase two.
