If you have ever been to or lived in Da Nang-Vietnam, you will often hear the invitations to drink coffee, and typical among them is: “Ca Phe Han!?” (Would you want to drink a cup of coffee!?). We still often invite our friends to drink coffee in the normal way like that, not fussy, not complicated. Get the idea from there – that, Ca Phe Haan! was born.
Ca Phe Haan! vendor is just a small sidewalk coffee shop, which has affordable prices, vibrant colors. The atmosphere is funny, comfortable, colorful, creative and helps people to forget about the hustle and bustle of life. The atmosphere of uniqueness.
And so, regardless of the reason, people still look to the sidewalk less than 5m wide every day, to sip a familiar drink, to chat about hot news stories or good news. simply to be “quiet” in the hustle and bustle of life in an open, idyllic space.
We had to wonder how to make this brand not only unique and youthful but also familiar to Vietnamese people.
The brand color is selected based on 3 popular colors: Traffic light poles, the Vietnam flag, and Vietnamese traditional colors.
2 chairs as the main logo for the brand are taken from the word “Ca Phe Haan!” – The invitation to drink coffee from local people in Da Nang city.
Ca Phe Han’s Key Visual idea is based on 3 messages: Ca “Phe” ( extremely enjoy coffee), Ca “Ke” ( drink coffee just for gossiping) and Ca “Ngam” (have deep feeling and thoughts with a cup of coffee) – 3 different emotions that every coffeeholic has experienced.
