This beer has an intense taste. When it comes to appearance, these beers have an orange-yellow color and have a good head. There is enough obvious alcohol presence that can be felt in the very first sip. However, the extra malt character gives the beer a slightly-sweet base, only enough to balance the hoppy bitterness. Hops overpower almost every other flavor or aroma in this beer type. But once the palate gets used to the initial flavors, there is a gentle fruity and grassy aftertaste.
