Branding a journey within
When the world’s most famous people visit the Nordics, you don’t see them, and you seldom hear about it. Due North (Formerly “The Luxury Travel Designer”) are specialist in arranging ultra-luxury travel experiences, under the radar. A journey of contrasts, a journey under the radar, a journey within.
Branding the unseen and the unspoken
“How can one build the brand of a customer who does not want to be visible? Well, at least for the common man. Branding is about creating a reputation, being trustworthy and authentic, and finally, it is about sharing values. In the luxury segment, people talk about their references. In the ultra-luxury segment, you keep your mouth shut. Discretion is key.”
Beyond luxury branding
What do you offer those who have seen everything? Those who can eat at a Michelin restaurant every day. Those who are not easily impressed by the extravagant. To those who can travel wherever they want? What gift do you give to those who supposedly have it all?
This is where Due North’s 20-plus years of experience come into play. Insight and overview, presence and discretion, thoughtfulness and authenticity, real encounters between real people, a journey of contrasts, a glimpse of madness, and elements of surprise. A unique time to be present, to forget everything – but the here and now.
Photography for identity
The images represent how an authentic journey to the North experience can be. As a company, Due North stands for values, like authenticity, under-the-radar experiences and a feeling of being in the “now” with people you care about. These values worked as a creative compass for the team and reflected all the chosen locations, models, props, activities, and creative directions. To create an image style that represents authentic moments in the North. A luxurious journey, that feels down-to-earth and genuine.
A journey north can be everything, but more than anything, it’s a journey within.
