Di Maré Porto Residence was born to go beyond the limits of raw material and transform everything concrete into positive emotions, completely changing the way of living on the beach. Imagine being able to enjoy a very high standard structure designed and designed to provide the best accommodation on a paradise beach. This was the experience that the construction company and investors wanted to pass on to potential Brazilian buyers and tourists.
Design played a decisive role in the success of this venture, as many of its competitors also offered great architecture, but failed to conceive of design and communication, creating a chasm between the business and the public.
The project was so successful that in just 7 months all units of the development were sold and through a harmonious conception between design, architecture and engineering, we offer residents a sophisticated and tropical experience, as well as a genuine way of seeing the relationship between creations. and the divine nature.
We did extensive research to discern audiences and found that age groups changed a lot at each point of contact, so we built an identity that suited each audience in their respective contacts with the brand. The colors served as a fundamental basis to bring different sensations to graphic and digital materials.
A great example of this behavior was the social media and the website of the enterprise, composed of a mix of bright and tropical colors, with a view to reaching a younger and tourist audience.
