It continues and respects the Freudenberg Group’s 150 years of tanning legacy, while combining it with progress that drives the next generation. The slogan, “Tradition and modernity united in perfection,” accompanies the brand and reflects its vision. When working together on this project, we wanted to stress that message and give it the right setting. The visual identity is based on clear and simple forms as well as a carefully selected color scheme. It is elegant and tailored to key brand values: class, transparency, quality, and attention to detail.
Continuity and guarantee
Weinheimer Leder has consistently kept the highest standards at the core of its culture for many years, offering a product undergoing constant supervision to ensure it meets the needs of the most demanding clients. Today, it is still manufactured using Freudenberg’s traditional methods so that its quality is guaranteed. The calfskin is supplied to the world’s best makers of custom-made footwear. It is also used for the production of handbags and leather goods by icons such as the Hermès Fashion House.
Responsibility and transparency
Top quality leather begins with respect for animals and their environment. Responsible behavior, harmony with nature as well as clean production result in leather that is free of any harmful substances. Weinheimer Leder understands sustainable production as responsibility at every stage: from the raw materials sourced from Alpine regions to the finished product.
